2024 Elections – Nomination Form

This year we have two vacancies on the Executive (Vice Chair and Warden) and ten vacancies on the Council of Management (five male members and five female members). In addition, there are elections for two Board of Deputies Representatives.

Nominations may only be made via this form or via the paper copy that has been mailed to you.

Please specify the names of your nominees under the role title and scroll down to click the SUBMIT button once you have completed the form.

No person shall be deemed to be nominated unless they receive three nominations.

Deadline for submitting nominations is 3pm on Wednesday 1st May
