Fashion City Exhibition at Museum of London Docklands (17 March 2024)

A trip to the “Fashion City – How Jewish Londoners shaped global style” exhibition at the Museum of London Docklands, London E14 4AL.

Meet at 10.45am in the museum’s ground floor entrance foyer. Tickets include a 45-minute introductory talk before entering the Fashion City exhibition. The talk is suitable for adults, and children aged 16+ years. You can also visit any of the other permanent galleries (no charge) following the special exhibition visit.

There is a museum café, and indoor seating options are also available for those who wish to bring their own food.

Suggested route from Pinner station is to travel to Canary Wharf Jubilee line station (changing at Finchley Road station), followed by a 0.5 mile walk to the museum.  There are closer stations (eg Westferry) and bus routes which involve less walking, but they are less direct and less frequent.  For travel options and details of any last minute transportation changes, check the Transport for London Journey planner https://tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey/ . Note that whilst West India Quay (Docklands Light Railway – DLR) is the nearest station, this station is NOT served by trains from Bank towards Lewisham so would involve an additional interchange.
