Preparation
To optimise the time together please consider the three themes (Religious Services, Education, Social & Welfare) and prepare to debate the matters identified.
Please prepare a 2-minute pitch on your one personal priority that constructively describes your proposed activity, ideally to include:
- how it would work
- location (in the One Cecil Park campus)
- time slot
- frequency
- willingness to lead the activity
- envisaged cost
2. Forum Timetable & Structure
| 10:30-10:45 | Welcome, objectives and running order |
| 10:45-12:00 | Each participant delivers a prepared 2-minute pitch, followed by a general discussion to determine areas of common agreement and to select and prioritise those activities and action required (all participants) |
| 12:00-13:00 | Lunch |
| 13:00-14:30 | afternoon session, to check accuracy of discussions, conclusions as to proposed activities, record of individuals involvement in delivering/leading those activities, priority, and recommendations. |
