On Sunday 27 April 2025 we had the privilege to host Doron Segev, who spoke of the unimaginable horror he and his family lived through on October 7, 2023. That morning, Kibbutz Be’eri was engulfed in terror. His family home was obliterated. His neighbours and friends were slaughtered and kidnapped. The family life that they had built was torn apart in moments of unspeakable violence. And yet, he spoke of his desire to live in peace and his family’s plans to return and rebuild.
