Hall Hire

Main Shul Hall


This hall is on the ground floor (with disabled access) opposite male and female cloakrooms and can be utilised in a variety of ways

  1. Theatre style in a number of different orientations seating up to 350 people on comfortable chairs.
  2. At round tables with a dance floor, seating up to 175 people.
  3. At round tables with no dance floor, seating up to 200 people.
  4. Chuppah with seating for up to 250 people.


There is another hall available to hire for a reception upstairs in the main shul building (with no dedicated disabled access). This hall can also seat up to 100-120 at tables or up to 180 theatre style. Toilet facilities are located near the hall.

Further information

WEDDINGS: Wedding costs include the Rabbi's fee, the Ketuba, Shul hire and 6 months shul fees (the groom must be a member of Pinner Synagogue). Also included is use of a beautiful bedecken chair, usually sited in the upstairs Bet Hamidrash, and an attractive chuppah.

TABLES: We have 24 round tables seating a maximum of 10-12 people each. They are 72 inches in diameter and are included in the cost of hall hire. Trestle tables are also available.

CHAIR COLOUR: Our chairs are chrome and upholstered in a royal blue fabric.

SOUND AND LIGHTING: State of the art sound, lighting and projection facilities are available.

SECURITY: You are expected to arrange your own security for this venue however we can recommend people to you.

CROCKERY: We have a complete set of milky crockery available for hire at dairy functions.

AIR CONDITIONING: In the main shul hall

HEARING LOOP: Installed in main shul hall

STAGE: Available

COST: Booking is handled by the office who require a deposit for a definite booking

CLOAKROOM AND TOILET FACILITIES: Available off the foyer opposite the main hall. These include a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. Further toilets are on the first floor.

KITCHEN: Recently refurbished. May be used for either milk or meat

CATERERS: Must be Beth Din approved - see LBD list here. Check with shul office.

CARETAKER: Included in cost of hall hire.

PARKING: Good local free parking but subject to some time restrictions. The Shul has a very small car park but there is a large pay and display car park very close.
